Duane Markley is CEO and founder of EMMROD® Fishing Gear.  Duane founded EMMROD® in 2003 simply with the desire to create the best pack pole on the planet.  Since EMMROD's® inception Duane has developed over 30 different fishing poles designed to meet the most gruelling standards of environment, conditions and of course demanding anglers world wide.          
 
Lance Markley is President and COO of EMMROD® Fishing Gear.  Lance joined the EMMROD® team in 2004 as a consultant and became EVP in 2010 and President/COO in 2012.
